A hard and long road to glory |

The idea of establishing Karelian Adventure Sports Club yields all the way back to year 2001 when the founder members, Mika Okkonen and Heikki Lehmus, were competing against the very best of the best in an adventure competition called Karelian Odyssey. A beautiful awakening to adventure sports had happened!
Karelian Adventure Sports Club (friends call it just Karsu) has been arranging adventure sports competitions since 2002. The competitors have experienced changing landscapes of Nurmes, Ruunaa, Koli and Joensuu.
Members of Karsu participate adventure sport / multisport competitions held around Finland and abroad. Some of these races have been more successful than others. |
